NAMs Tools Training Workshop Program

This detailed Program provides the agenda, session descriptions, tool descriptions, and bios for our speakers. We will not be providing printed copies of this Program, so please print ahead of time if you would like a printed copy for your reference.

Workshop Pre-Training Materials

The following tools require or recommend that you access the below pre-training materials and download needed guidance, packages, and files ahead of the workshop session. If you plan to attend the session for any of the below tools, please be sure to download the appropriate files and follow the instructions. This will help ensure the smoothest experience during the workshop.

AOP-Wiki

The AOP-Wiki session will include an interactive activity. No pre-work is required, but feel free to download the activity ahead of time for your reference.

ECOTOX Knowledgebase

The ECOTOX session will include an interactive activity. No pre-work is required, but feel free to download the activity ahead of time for your reference.

GenRA

The GenRA session will include an interactive activity and will walk you through a set of questions to explain the tool functionalities. You can download the worksheet ahead of time.

httk

If you are planning to attend either ‘Introduction to R/R Studio’ or ‘httk R Package’ sessions, please review the ‘httk_Pre-Training Information’ first. R Studio should be downloaded on your personal laptop prior to attending these sessions. The Pre-Training information will walk you through the steps to do this and prepare for these trainings.

SeqAPASS

If you are planning to attend the SeqAPASS session, please use the guidance to create a SeqAPASS account. This will give you credentials allowing you to login and use SeqAPASS.

SHEDS-HT

If you are planning to attend the SHEDS-HT session, please consult the SHEDS-HT Quick Start Guide and walk through the tutorial provided. SHEDS-HT requires the use of R, so you may also benefit from attending the ‘Introduction to R/R Studio’ session and downloading the recommended files above in the ‘httk’ section.
