After your abstract has been submitted (here) and accepted, please visit the registration table at the meeting, where you will you will receive a designated number for your poster. An NCI representative will collect your poster and set up the poster based on your designated number.

POSTER SESSION

November 22, 9:00 a.m. — Rooms TE406/408/410
We encourage all poster presenters to stand near their poster from 9:00 a.m.–11:15 a.m. to answer any questions from attendees about your research.

POSTER REMOVAL

Please remove your poster by 2 p.m. on November 22. Please note that posters that are not picked up by the end of the meeting will be discarded.
