Hotel Accommodations

A limited block of sleeping rooms for meeting participants has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bethesda-Washington, DC. The special HINTS Data Users Conference rate for the hotel is $251.00 per night plus applicable taxes.

You can book a hotel room at the group rate at the following link: www.bethesda.doubletree.com. Enter your Arrival and Departure dates (e.g. May 21 and May 23), in the Reservations form on the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Add Special Rate Codes”, and enter “CS5” for the Group Code (leave the “Promotional/Offer Codes” and “Corporate Account” fields blank), then click on “Check Rooms & Rates”.

Please note that the cutoff date for the room block is Monday, April 29, 2019. You must reserve your room prior to this deadline to get the government rate if the room block is not sold out.

Getting to the DoubleTree Hotel

Public transportation
To get to the DoubleTree Hotel via metro, take the Red Line to Bethesda Station. The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Bethesda stop (via Wisconsin Avenue). Please note that breakfast and coffee/snacks will NOT be provided during the meeting; attendees will be responsible for getting their own meals at their own cost.
