Education Sponsor—By Invitation Only US $0.00

(Limited to 3 Sponsors)

Non-profit, 501(c)(3), organizations committed to education and technology transfer related to environmental assessment and remediation are eligible.

Please do not select this sponsorship package unless your organization received an invitation by Battelle. If you select this category and did not receive a formal invitation by Battelle, we will contact you to explore other sponsorship opportunities that are applicable to your organization.

Interested organizations must commit to conducting a minimum of two of the same or a combination of the following activities related to the Conference technical scope. Proposals that have a distinct promotional/marketing/advertising slant will not be accepted. The Point-of-Contact named for each proposal must correspond with the eligible non-profit through which all course communication from the Conference Office will be routed. Proposals will be evaluated and, if accepted, the eligible organization may be contacted by the Conference Office and invited to participate as an Education Sponsor. The Education Sponsor designation may be terminated at Battelle’s discretion.

Short Courses. Proposals must be submitted by the required due date, October 14, 2019. Courses may be submitted for 4- or 8-hour increments. The Conference Office reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet pre-determined attendance requirements by specified dates, typically a minimum of 6 registrants.

Panel Discussions. Please contact the Conference Office (chlorcon@battelle.org) for a Panel proposal form. Panel discussions are generally scheduled for 100 minutes; however, the Program Committee will determine the final length. At least one person must be designated as the lead/Moderator for the panel.

Lunch & Learn. Please contact the Conference Office (chlorcon@battelle.org) to propose a Lunch & Learn. L&L events are generally scheduled for 40 minutes during mid-afternoon session breaks in the technical program schedule.

Learning Lab. Proposals must be submitted by the required due date, October 14, 2019. Learning Labs demonstrate the use of a technology, software, and/or tool in a 25-minute, hands-on demonstration, or user experience in a designated space located in the Exhibit Hall.
