Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am currently a PhD student. I know that a PhD or equivalent degree is one of the eligibility requirements for TIDIRH. I was wondering if exceptions have been made in the past.
A: TIDIRH is a very competitive program and applicants must have a terminal degree in their field. Should this training be held in the future once you have completed your degree, we encourage you to apply at that time.

Q: If accepted to TIDIRH, am I expected to participate in the webinars live or will they be recorded so that I can watch them when I have time?
A: Course content will be made available at the beginning of the course for participants to view as they have time. There will be specific assignments due roughly every two weeks that you will be expected to submit on time. Additionally, there will be ongoing online dialogue between facilitators and participants in small groups throughout the course along with occasional phone meetings.
