Booth selection and reservation for Conference Exhibitors will open at
12:00 Noon EDT on Wednesday, July 24, 2019.

Who Should Exhibit:
Organizations that provide environmental assessment, remediation, and management services, equipment, and products are invited to exhibit. Exhibiting at the Chlorinated Conference will afford your company’s representatives the opportunity to interact with a focused audience of 1,500 to 1,700 people who acquire and use environmental management products and services at industrial and government sites around the world.

The Chlorinated Conference only has group rate agreements with the Hyatt Regency Portland and Hotel Eastlund. We have not partnered with any travel agency or third-party for travel/hotel discounts. If you receive a call or an email offering assistance in making or changing hotel reservations, we advise caution. The Chlorinated Conference has no agreement with any organization to contact participants and offer reservation assistance, nor have we provided contact information to anyone for this purpose. Please use only the reservation links provided on the Venue and Hotels page (available in September 2019) to make hotel reservations.

Please be sure to complete all required information as indicated on the registration form and follow each step throughout the registration process. You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed all of the steps. You will be prompted to provide names and contact information for your booth staff, but please note you are not required to add staff at this time. Additionally, you have the option to register two staff to attend the Technical Program, which again is optional at this time.
