Booth selection and reservation for Symposium Exhibitors will open at
12:00 Noon EDT on Monday, September 17, 2018.

Who Should Exhibit:
Organizations that provide environmental assessment, remediation and management services and products are invited to exhibit at the Symposium. The Exhibit Hall will be near platform session rooms and the Registration Desk. Daily continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, lunches, receptions, poster display and presentation, and the Internet Café will be located in the Exhibit Hall. This central location will afford exhibitors the opportunity to present information to a focused audience who acquire and use environmental management products and services at industrial and government sites around the world.

Please note, the 2019 Bioremediation Symposium does not have group rate agreements with any properties other than the Hilton Baltimore nor have we partnered with any travel agency or third-party for travel/hotel discounts. If you receive a call or an email offering assistance in making hotel reservations or changing existing reservations, we advise caution. The Symposium has no agreement with any organization to contact participants and offer reservation assistance, nor have we provided contact information to anyone for this purpose.

Please be sure to complete all required information as indicated on the registration form and follow each step throughout the registration process. You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed all of the steps. You will be prompted to provide names and contact information for your booth staff, but please note you are not required to add staff at this time. Additionally, you have the option to register two staff to attend the Technical Program, which again is optional at this time.
