Room Rate: $115 (plus tax) per night
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Sunday, May 22, 2011, and departure on Monday, May 23, 2011. You may make reservations by calling the hotel at (888) 720-1299. Be sure to indicate that you are requesting a room for the EPA Workshop room block when making your reservations to receive this reduced rate. The room block will be in effect at the reduced rate until Monday, May 9, 2011. Any room reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Please note that reservations must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or 1 night’s room and tax will be charged. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
TAXIS AND SHUTTLE SERVICE
Taxicabs are available to and from the Greater Cincinnati International Airport to the Marriott Kingsgate Conference Hotel. The cost of a taxicab is approximately $35 per person one-way. Also recommended is the Executive Transportation shuttle service to and from the airport for approximately $20 one-way. Please call (859) 261-8841 at least 2 hours in advance to schedule a pick-up.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL
From Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport:
Take I-275 East to I-75 North. Take the Hopple Street exit and at the light, turn left onto Hopple Street. You will now be traveling east. Follow the street all the way up the hill. (Note: The street name changes to Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.) Turn left onto Eden. Turn left onto Goodman Drive. The Marriott Kingsgate Conference Hotel will be on the left.
From I-75 Northbound and Southbound:
