Program evaluation is an effective tool for furthering progress because this progress depends upon knowing what has worked and how well, and what has been less successful and why. This information can be used to identify areas for further research, improve ongoing programs, and develop new programs.
SCG staff have evaluated numerous training, technology transfer, regulatory, technology development, and service delivery programs for various clients. We also have assisted our clients in developing strategies for complying with the Government Performance and Results Act. We provide a full range of program evaluation support from design of the evaluation and methodology through analyzing and reporting findings. SCG can support the assessment of the impact and effectiveness of programs, the assessment of economic and societal impacts of programs, and the development of measurement and assessment methodologies for measuring effectiveness of programs.
