In addition to designing information systems, our information technology specialists support system installation, version control, testing, onsite training, documentation, helpline management, and system user group facilitation. We assess data quality, identify significant trends and patterns in the data, and develop standard and customized methods of retrieving and disseminating information. SCG also fosters further dissemination and sharing of information via Internet applications. We design and develop Web Sites on the Internet, evaluate hardware and software requirements for making information resources available from a World Wide Web site, and design documents for access on the Internet.
