MEETING DAY AND TIME
The meeting will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, September 23. Registration will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
In order to allow adequate time for all participants to register, we request that you plan to arrive at the workshop registration area, located inside the museum by 8:30 a.m. Please allow up 15 minutes to go through the security checkpoint upon arrival at the museum.

SECURITY
When you visit the National Museum of the American Indian, you will discover that there are new security measures to ensure your safety and the safety of the objects contained within. You will be greeted upon entry by one of the security personnel who will conduct a thorough but speedy hand-check of all bags, briefcases, purses, and containers. Visitors are required to walk through a metal detector. Those who are unable to go through the metal detector will be hand-screened with an electronic wand by security personnel. Because of the new security measures, please allow up to 15 minutes to get through security when entering the museum. The wait time could be shorter depending on the number of people arriving at the same time.
FACILITY LOCATION
The National Museum of the American Indian, George Gustav Heye Center, is located at One Bowling Green adjacent to the northeast corner of Battery Park, between State Street and Whitehall Street.
PARKING
There is no parking at the museum. There are nearby parking garages on Second Place, Third Place, and West Thames – 3 blocks northwest from the museum.
