Step 1. Check to see if your record is in the system.

Please follow the steps below to access instructions for setting up your login account and using the Fellowship Information Inventory (FII).
  1. Enter your GAD number to access your personal Fellowship Inventory webpage. The GAD (Grants Administration Number) is your permanent fellowship identification number and should be entered in the form of "U", "FP" or "MA" followed by the first six numbers (e.g., U912345 or FP912345).

If you are a new Fellow, it will take a number of weeks, during the initial application process, before you will be assigned this permanent GAD number. During that initial application process, you will be able to use your temporary PRD (Peer Review Division) number to access your Fellowship Inventory Webpage. The PRD number has 9 characters with no spaces. It starts with a capital alphabetical character, followed by two numbers, then another capital alphabetical character, then followed by five numbers (e.g. F50C12345).

  2. Enter your last name at the time of the fellowship, i.e., If you married or changed your last name during the fellowship, do not use your new name.
Note: If you are not sure of your GAD number and receive a message stating the GAD number you entered does not match a fellow in the system, OR a message stating you have already created an account; then please email us at rblackman@scgcorp.com for assistance.
