The AOC Conference will be held in the Gold Meeting Room on the third floor of the hotel.
SLEEPING ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
The block of sleeping rooms at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel, Cleveland, OH, is sold out.
A limited block of overflow sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express® & Suites, 629 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH, for arrival on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, with departure on Thursday, September 13, 2012.
The room rate is $99 plus tax per night. You will be responsible for the room cost and your incidental charges upon checkout.
Please contact Holiday Inn Reservations by Friday, August 31, 2012, at 1-800-HOLIDAY, and reference the group code AOC to make your sleeping room reservations. Please be certain that the hotel provides you with a confirmation number. After August 31, 2012, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis at the prevailing hotel rate.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE)
Take I-71 North to downtown Cleveland. Exit onto Ontario Street (N). Drive 4 blocks and turn left onto Huron Road. Continue to the end of Huron Road and turn right onto Superior Avenue. The hotel and parking garage are on the right.
From Akron-Canton Airport (CAK)
Take I-77 North approximately 50 miles, then exit at East 9th Street. Go north to St. Clair Avenue. Turn left onto St. Clair Avenue. Continue to West 3rd Street and turn left. Drive 2 blocks to the end of the street. The hotel is at the end of the street at West 3rd Street and Superior Avenue.
SUBWAY INFORMATION
Regional Transit Authority (RTA) public transportation to and from the airport is available. The RTA stop is Tower City/Public Square. The hotel is located next door to Tower City and can be accessed without going outside.
TAXIS
The taxi fare is approximately $33 from the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and approximately $50 from the Akron-Canton Airport.
